As National Director | Healthcare for the USA, Shawn's focus is to cultivate a strong, value-driven platform in the healthcare space, allowing Colliers to raise the bar in delivering innovative and successful solutions to our healthcare clients.

Shawn brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than 20 years dedicated to the healthcare real estate sector. He has held senior positions as both principal and advisor. Shawn's clients have included health systems, hospitals, physician groups and third party owners/developers. He prides himself on understanding the drivers of the healthcare industry, and applying that knowledge to help clients develop real estate strategies which support their vision and achieve their goals.

Prior to joining Colliers, Shawn served at Caddis Healthcare Real Estate as Managing Director, where he was responsible for new business development and executive leadership of healthcare real estate projects throughout the Midwestern U.S. Previously, he served in leadership positions at Pacific Medical Buildings, JLL, and Lillibridge. During his tenure as Managing Director, Healthcare Solutions for JLL, Shawn was responsible for the strategy, business plan and organizational structure of the firm's healthcare practice.

Jordan Selbiger serves as Vice President of U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets at Colliers International where he specializes in providing both institutional and private healthcare real estate investors with acquisition, disposition and recapitalization strategies. Jordan has extensive experience working with portfolio aggregators to curate and market some of the most significant medical portfolios in the industry.

He also assists healthcare providers across the continuum of care with strategic capital planning, including both monetization and capital raising efforts. This includes significant experience advising health systems, physician groups and private physicians in sale-leaseback and developer selection processes.

Jordan brings over 9 years of commercial real estate experience to his role at Colliers, including more than 6 years dedicated specifically to healthcare real estate. Prior to Colliers, Jordan was First Vice President for CBRE’s U.S Healthcare & Life Sciences Capital Markets team where he oversaw 90+ healthcare real estate transactions totaling more than 16 million square feet and over $6.5 billion in value.

Previously, Jordan served as a Senior Consultant with CBRE’s Financial Consulting Group and was responsible for providing state-of-the-art financial and analytical consulting to institutional, financial and corporate clients.

Steig Seaward is the Senior National Director of Research, leading a dynamic team of over 125 researchers across nearly 80 U.S. markets. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades, Steig is a seasoned Commercial Real Estate and CRE technology sector leader.

His expertise encompasses a wide array of disciplines, including research and analysis, product design, and customer retention strategies within the information technology and commercial real estate industries. Steig's comprehensive knowledge and innovative approach have consistently propelled him to the forefront of his field.

Steig is a highly sought-after public speaker who delivers captivating presentations on economic and commercial real estate trends. Renowned for his ability to distill complex concepts into accessible and engaging content, he has been featured prominently at numerous prestigious events, including the CCIM annual governance meeting and the NAR Commercial Economic Issues & Trends Forum.

Prior to his tenure at Colliers, Steig held key roles at prominent organizations, including serving as the Senior Research Director for the east coast region of Grubb & Ellis and as the EVP of Customer Success at Xceligent, a leading SAAS-based commercial real estate information provider. His multifaceted career also includes significant positions such as National Director of Business Development and Client Services at Xceligent, Director of Sales at IdealSpot, and VP of Technology & Member Services at the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors.

Steig's journey in the industry began as a research analyst for the Resolution Trust Corporation, where he honed his analytical skills and laid the foundation for his illustrious career. Today, he continues to drive innovation and excellence in research and technology, shaping the future of commercial real estate.
